Behold The Donahue. Michael Donahue, The CA's frizz-maned Party Line columnist, has proven to be the perfect host.  

For this year's Memphis Most Awards, The Donahue gadded about town presenting cool metal "M"s to winners who were voted the best in their categories.  

The debonair scribe, who knows how to dress for any occasion, donned his tux. As a roving host, he directed  festivities from faux kayaking to fatherhood. Really.  

The Donahue even won one of the coveted awards himself, as Best Party Crasher. It's fitting, as he's been at every major blowout in the region since the last century turned, and his collection of reporter's notebooks continues to expand.
