And the best part of that breakfast is the biscuits. Nothing sticks to your insides better than flaky biscuits topped with whatever it is you might like. "Most of our customers seem to like honey," owner Mike Richmond says, "but I like mine with gravy." Every true Southerner is taught early by mama to say "please" and "thank you," yet at Blue Plate, the biscuits are served up immediately with every breakfast, so you don't even have to ask!
