About us
Richard and Evalee Grenamyer of Blue Fish know a thing or two about seafood, and we are the better for it. Chef Richard worked at his father's restaurant, The Kismet Inn, on Fire Island in New York. The restaurant, on the southeast corner at Cooper and Young since 2005, flies in seafood from Boston, Hawaii, New Zealand, The Gulf Coast or Alaska. There's an oyster bar with Oysters Rockefeller, Oysters Bienville and fresh raw oysters, along with grilled spiced and peel-and-eat shrimp. Finish with some wine and a dessert prepared by Evalee, and you'll be hooked.
