The Sekisui restaurants all over the Mid-South have given sushi a good name. Restaurateur Jimmy Ishii brought Sekisui to the area, and the combination of a comfortable setting and excellent Japanese food expanded the audience for sushi in the area. (It's almost as much fun to watch sushi being made as it is to eat it.) Sekisui, by the way, is a member of the nonprofit Project Green Fork, an initiative that helps Memphis TN restaurant owners decrease their environmental impact.
