Maybe your grandma's biscuits are better, but otherwise you'd be hard-pressed to outdo the Blue Plate Café. It's a classic American breakfast place that has lots of Southern cooking going on, although breakfast seems to loom largest in this down-home place. It's been around since 1996, and there are now three locations to satisfy your craving for biscuits and — well, whatever you like to sop with those biscuits. Say, isn't that grandma over at the other table?
